Below is the version output from the license server. I have requested an account via the support portal and will put a ticket in once my account has been setup (I haven't needed one up to now, so have only just got round to requesting one), but in the meantime, is there any other reason you can think of as to why we're getting this issue? We have run iTest V3.4 on the same machines as we're trying V4.0.4 / V4.1 and it is working fine for 3.4. We cannot cancel the checkout, the only way to kill it is via task manager. iTest becomes stuck on the "Checking out licenses" progress bar, with the progress stuck on 0. Both the LM server and the Fanfare daemon are running version 11.8, but we're still getting the same issue when trying to check out V4.0.4 (or V4.1) licenses.
